Sockeloen strives to deliver a high-quality product and supports the quality of the product that it develops and sells. Despite the great care that we spend on your order, it is possible that a manufacturing error occurs or that a wrong product has been sent for no fault of your own. 


If you believe this has happened to you, please complete the return form within 30 business days. Items that are damaged due to long-term use are not considered defective.


For example, if you are not satisfied with the size, you can also return the socks to us. Please use the return form for that as well. However, you will have to pay the cost of the return shipment yourself.
